Ethnographic Report

A typical day in this office starts and ends with a short and very brief meeting. They discuss the agendas for the day, the targets that need to be followed and the things to be done by each employee. It is not a big corporation so everybody really has to share their own load of duties and to focus intensely to accomplish the company’s goal. When it reaches the end of the month, all the staff and employees gather together for a very long meeting to discuss and review the company’s objectives. After a dreadful and long meeting, employees usually go back to their own lives and continue working. They get a coffee and go back to their hefty office table filled with big volume of papers waiting to be accomplished at the end of the day. But then, there are also these people who just stay in the room after the meeting and just hang out, too tired to go back with their own busy lives.
