Most of these decisions are based on company ground rules. The others are based on personal ground rules. All decisions can have a number of ground rules that help us determine whether our decision is ethical or unethical. Each decision whether it is based on company or personal ground rules will have its own set of implications. Discussion According to the Cambridge Dictionary, ethics is a system of accepted beliefs that control behavior, and it is the study of what is morally right and wrong, or a set of beliefs about what is morally right and wrong. (Cambridge Dictionary). I work in a hospital so an example of an ethical situation would be; suppose I am up in the Emergency Room and a family member of my best friend comes in through the ambulance.
