Diversity at Subway Diversity at Subway Subway is the largest restaurant franchise in the United States. It has also reached number one in increased percent sales and consumer awareness. These accomplishments have been reached as one of the most diverse franchises, culturally, in the industry. Subway has become an expert in diversity, and has used it to attain success. There are four main points of diversity that Subway deals with from store to store. Ethnicity, age, geographical locations, and value and attitude differences all play a major role in the successfully diverse franchise of Subway. All organizations have some kind of diversity. Successful organizations are able to work with and utilize diversity to enable the accomplishment of their objectives. Ethnicity provides an extremely large influence in Subway’s diversity.
