Dieting

1.Which of your three days comes closest to meeting the RDAs for Fat, Protein and Carbohydrate based on the pie charts for each of the three days? Explain your answer.
Day2 was the close to meeting the RDAs for fat, protein and carbohydrates. My protein came up to 4.4, which is a very low. My fat came up to 35.3, which is a little high. My carbohydrates came up to 60.3, which is normal.

2. Which of your three days is furthest from meeting the RDAs for Fat, Protein, and Carbohydrate based on the pie charts for each of the three days? Explain your answer.
Day1was the farthest to meeting the RDAs for fat protein and carbohydrates. My protein was very low, My Fat is extremely high and my carbohydrates are low.

3.Based on your personal data entered data entered (height, weight, activity level….), what is the estimated amount of calories your body needs per day? My estimated calories were 2138
