On Nov. 10th. 2003 I filed an appeal against a Determination of Deputy. Since I filed, I found further information that supports my reasoning for appealing I’m appealing D.E.S’s explanation of the wages used to qualify for unemployment insurance. At the bottom of the determination I received, the deputy stated the wages used are wages that were paid, not earned earned in the claimant’s base period.
