Undecided on the death penalty
The death penalty is a big punishment to pay for a crime. There are People who commit crimes that deserve this penalty but don’t receive it. Who decides whether or not someone gets this punishment?
People commit crimes all the time, some of those crimes are killing of innocent people. Depending on the situation someone might or might not get the death penalty. In a situation were someone was walking down the street with their three year old daughter, someone comes up to you robs you and then kills you’re daughter. You watch that man running down the street to retreat; you catch up and kill that man for killing your little girl, should you get the death penalty for killing that man.
