There are various forms of critical thinking. Some of these are scientific, persuasive, and creative. The type of critical thinking required for the task largely depends on the context in which critical analysis is required. The term “context” refers to everything involving a particular event or development of thought such as social, cultural background, and political beliefs. These are defined as the “forces of influence” when an event occurs. This can also include elements specific to the individual involved such as their gender, culture, educational status, or position within the corporate environment. In the example above, various types of critical thinking would be used. Such as, from the Information Technology department would use scientific thinking. Scientific thinking method is the process by which one recognizes a problem, formulates a hypotheses, uses the hypothesis to predict quantitatively the results, and performs test of the productions.
