We must know to understand a communication problem and to deal with it we have to know what to look at.Communication is not isolated, so communication has to happen between at least two people.So if my friend tells me she needs some time alone.I will tell her a joke or something interesting happened, and get her in to talking mood.I will then understand the communication problem: why she needs some time alone? How do I make her tell me?After understanding the problem I will interpret myself and make her trust me that I do want to help her....
