The Computer Use during Early Childhood

In the last decade, computer technology has taken a giant leap forward in helping young children to achieve developmental goals. The computer is a valuable source of information for educators, parents, and students to enhance learning when used in an appropriate way. However, recent calls for a time out on computer use in early childhood education are a significant respond, which confronts our new technology. Opponents of computer utilization and computer advocates have been claiming that there are potential dangers of computers when they are not used in an appropriate way in early childhood classroom.

Alliance for Childhood, an article, insisted that computers are distracting children and adults from each other.
