Kes the Kestrel Hawk once played an important role in the life of Billy Casper. She was Billy’s first real love. Kes was the animal that helped transform Billy’s life from a little bullied boy into the hugely successful and triumphant man we had grown know and admire. Billy was killed yesterday on the journey home from his work. A lorry collided with Billy’s vehicle, leaving him dead.

Reaching back into the childhood of Billy we see that it is a bleak harsh life he had led. In his years at school Billy was often in trouble for things he never did.
