Addiction

A 30-year-old man steals from his boss, so on his break he can afford a hit of heroin.
A mother can’t fall asleep without taking pills then cannot wake up without taking different pills.
A teenager smokes weed everyday because he feels abnormal when without the drug
A friend dies of an OD off of crack, before her funeral, her friends smoke a rock.
A man leaves his wife and family, because he is caught cheating with 10 different woman.

These are all examples of addiction. Though some are extreme, most could be happening around you right now, and you wouldn’t know. An Addiction is a powerful physical and/or mental "need" for something. People form addictions everyday. The cause for addiction could vary from curiosity to a certain drug, creating a routine involving an addicting substance, and it could even go back to your genetics.
