John F. Kennedy vs. Abraham Lincoln



Out of the 43 presidents Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy probably relate the closest in coincidences. Although they lived in two different time periods the two had to deal with similar issues. Civil rights was a major factor during both of their tenures of president. Being two of the most well known presidents, they are also the only two to be assassinated while in office. An odd relation to their lives and deaths has become very popular. It leads many to believe that there is some type of connection between the two. John F. Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln were great leaders who were intelligent, envisioned a better country, and moved crowds with their great speeches and addresses.
Abraham Lincoln was born in a log cabin near Hodgeville, Kentucky on February 12, 1809. His entire life he was close to poverty due to his family making numerous moves to the West. His opportunity to get an education, and have social life was not an reality...
