A LIVING WILL

A Living Will is intended to control the type of medical treatment given to you when you are incapable of deciding or communicating and also to designate someone to make decisions for you. A living will is a written document containing your decision and wishes about life-sustaining treatment. Many individuals believe they need a lawyer in order to complete a living will, this is not true, although some individuals feel more comfortable if they review their living will with a lawyer.
