A Buzzing Ear
One summer’s evening as I was relaxing on my front porch enjoying the fresh air, I noticed a buzzing noise around my head. It appeared that a moth was trying to find shelter from the bright light that was above me. All of sudden the bug found its way into my ear canal.
I frantically pulled and tugged trying to draw the bug out of my ear, but all my attempts failed. The bug kept flapping its wings trying to make its way out, but my earwax had it trapped. I knew then, it was time to call on my mother for help. My mother quickly called the hospital for advice. The nurse explained that shining a flashlight into my ear canal might entice the bug to come out because flying insects usually travel toward the light. My mother did exactly as the nurse had explained. We waited patiently for the bug to come out of my ear but nothing happened.
My mother and I both decided it was time to seek the expertise we needed to get the bug out of my ear as soon as possible. ...
