The issue of sexual harassment and the issue of stalking:

In the book, Sexual Harassment in America: A Documentary History by Laura W. Stein her opinion on sexual harassment is as follows:
“Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute "hostile environment" sexual harassment when such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work performance.”

My reasoning for deciding to choose this opinion which she stated was the fact that sexual harassment can come in many forms may it be verbal or physical they all have harmful effects for the rest of someone’s life unless they are able to block what was done ...
