Wuthering Heights Novel Essay Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte is a great old story that I think has great lessons. Through out the story you will meet Catherine Earnshaw, who changes through the story. The person we meet in the beginning changes her views and outlooks on life. Catherine goes through heartbreaks and joy of a new life and finds out what she wanted the most is just not for her. Wuthering Heights is a great book, that shows how a girl is caught between love. Catherine is a girl that wants to see the world. She is the daughter of Joseph Earnshaw and the sister of Hindley Earnshaw, Catherine’s mother died when she was very young, which has made her the girl she is. Catherine seems like she is shy and will do anything to help out people and always does the smart thing even if she doesn’t want to do the right thing.
