Worst interview experience My worst interview experience occurred at a restaurant in downtown San Francisco called Roy’s. This interview wasn’t meant to acquire myself a job but rather give myself experience in the culinary industry by means of an internship program. It was a Saturday afternoon when I met up with John, who was in charge of running the establishment. He was the person who interviewed me for what was then a possible internship position at Roy’s. John immediately greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He then told me to sit down at one of the front tables so that we could discuss about my background and goals which surrounds the entire internship program. The first part of the interview was pretty much basic. He just asked me about my background which includes education, work experience, and hobbies.
