The world is round .. yet its oval .. indicating that things can be distinct from what they seem . Its dicy world with all sorts of confusions yet people manage their life here in this world somehow with aspirations and joys that they try to derive out of mundane things

This project presents “Operations of the Secondary market”. The Secondary market is a booming sector experiencing robust growth in India.



We have attempted to study this market in the project. Our group has sincerely tried to understand the functioning of the Secondary Market . After making a thorough study of the Operations of the main stock exchanges like NSE & BSE, we have analyzed various opportunities lying ahead & the various problems faced by them with suitable suggestions.
