Workplace Stress and the Family

According to several articles I reviewed on the Internet, technology has increased stress in the workplace. In the following pages I will discuss one of the articles I read and how the increased use of technology has impacted workplace stress. I will also examine ethical issues that may be raised due to stress in the workplace.
A survey conducted by Kensington Technology Group in 1999, revealed that nearly half the employees surveyed felt technology had increased stress in their workplace. In an article titled, Technology Increases Workplace Stress, Tipping the Scales of Work-Life Balance, it was stated, "Technology is a double-edged sword that enhances workplace productivity at the cost of increasing stress on workers…" (http://www.Kensington.com/html/1393.html).
