Workplace Observation

In my workplace, my observation of the following or as stated good communication skills are critical to effective job performance, career advancement and organizational success. It shows how communication skills in the workplace help to enhance the interpersonal communication, giving and receiving criticism and dealing with different personalities and behavior types. It evaluates how an understanding of the communication process allows people to implement better policies and creates a more harmonious work environment. In nursing communication is one of the most important aspects you have while caring for the sick or disabled.
