Wisdom & Knowledge

Throughout the decades, people’s knowledge has increased considerably as technology and a general knowing has come about. As said in the Bible, the first chapter of Ecclesiastes, “For in much wisdom is much grief, and increase of knowledge is increase of sorrow.” If people’s knowledge has increased over the decades, then certainly as more sorrowful events have happened, such as World War II, or the AIDS virus, then in increase of knowledge is definitely the increase of sorrow.
