Wicked, sinful, evil, immoral, bad, naughty, these words are synonyms for the word iniquitous. The word iniquitous is one that best describes a few of the characters in the short stories that we have read. Through out this essay I will attempt to look out the state of iniquity of certain characters within the article. First I will analyze what makes a person, or in this case a character, iniquitous. Second I will discuss how did being iniquitous break the bounds of decency within their communities.
In order to truly understand why a person can be iniquitous you must first address their motivation for wanting to be such a person.
