Why school's should have later starting times

“Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” This quote may be true for a man but for teens it is a different story. Many High Schools have adopted a later starting time such as schools in Minn and Ky. As a high school student I would highly advocate this change. I have been known to say that high school would not be so bad if I was not so tired all the time. A later start time would greatly benefit teens in many different way. For Example, they would now have time for a nutritious breakfast, there would be an improvement in their acedemic performance, and would improve the overall well being of the student as well as the people around the student.
Mom was right when she told you to eat a good nutritious breakfast.
