Why Marijuana Remains IllegalCon – legalization of marijuana

Legalization of marijuana (also commonly referred to as weed, pot, reefer, or grass) in the United States has been a major debate ever since its prohibition in the 1960’s. However, throughout the last few decades, police forces have become increasingly strict when dealing with marijuana carriers. Police do not just confiscate it. If one gets caught with marijuana, jail time should be expected. Why are police slapping down such harsh punishments? There are many reasons.
Lets start with marijuana’s long list of short-term side effects caused from THC. Some effects such as bloodshot eyes, and a dry mouth are generally not a big deal. Other side effects are.
