There are many reasons that can explain why in many Latin American country’s people don’t have computers. First of all many Latin American country’s are poor and it is very feasible that many Latin American people just can’t afford computers. Secondly computers aren’t really a necessity. Also many People in Latin American country’s are not highly educated and would not understand how to use a computer.
