Why

When I first returned to college in 1999, I had my mind set on being a Network Technologist. I loved working with computers and imagined myself spending the rest of my life working with them. In 2001 something in my mind changed. It might have been that I grew tired of computers or that I had a young child and wanted to know how to care for her is she was ever sick or hurt. I came to the decision that I wanted to be a nurse.
Due to my full-time work schedule and home life I was only able to attend school part-time. Since changing from a computer major to nursing I also had to start my courses from the beginning; the courses I had taken for computer had nothing to due with nursing, so they went to waste.
