Why do they hate us?

One main reason Arabs and Muslims feel hatred towards America is because “Washington abandoned the Muslims at the end of the war in Afghanistan, and sought to disarm and disperse them” (Peter Ford p.104). In the words of the Holy Prophet it is said that, “all Muslims are like one body, and if one part of the body gets injured, then all parts feel that pain. If one Muslim is injured by non-Muslims in Afghanistan, it is the duty of all Muslims of the world to help him.” Muslims are frustrated with the double standards of the US. The US provides Israel with $3 billion a year for military and economic aid, which Israel uses against Palestinians.
