A Guide to Effective Stress Management
Three key points explained in this article are positive and negative aspects of stress, symptoms and ten ways of effective stress management. Stress is something that takes us out of our comfort zone and forces us to change and adapt.
Although Stress is a negative word but not all stress is bad. By reading this article, I realized that if I want to go to leadership level I must have some stress to develop intellectually, emotionally or physically, still it should be manageable to avoid worse effects on my life. We should understand the psychological and physiological aspects of stress to manage it successfully and in turn, create a positive impact on our physical and psychological life.
