Why a Graduate Degree?

This paper will ascertain why I desire to attain a master's degree in business administration. The overall need to better myself and succeed in life is my ultimate goal. Obtaining my master's degree is the next step forward for me in reaching the next stage on the always rising plateau. The need to succeed is what drove me to obtain two bachelor's degrees up to this point, and it is also the driving force behind my desire to purse and obtain a master's degree from the University of Phoenix.
The first main desire for my attaining a master's degree is to achieve a higher level of advancement within my current organization.
