Who Wrote the Pentateuch, the Five Books of Moses?
A debatable topic in the Catholic religion is the discussion of who really wrote the first five books of the bible. Although in earlier times it was believed to be Moses, many people have found facts and sources that would explain otherwise. Since we have been discussing this topic in class so thoroughly, I decided that this article would be excellent for the first assignment. I researched the topic on the internet and found an article that contained interesting facts and figures that go against Moses being the only author of the first five books. Some believe that he possibly wrote part or some of these books, but with research and evidence, it is difficult to believe he could have written all of them.
