What Vice or Weakness do you find more offensive?Explain?

One can find many vice or weaknesses that he/she can consider to be most offensive. I strongly offend Reservation of Seats in education system for SC/ST and other lower caste people. I really do not understand why the Talent has to loose over this stupid Reservation system that is offered by our country. I also feel this might be the one of the reasons why India still remains under developed country?
