This is not an emergency, but could you tell me where the parade route begins? Around the time of Gasparilla and Guavaween, the 9-1-1 dispatchers are bombarded with questions very much like that. Our community is badly informed of the services provided by the 9-1-1 emergency telecommunications dispatcher.
