What makes a Leader

During my junior year of high school, Homecoming was a complete disaster. As for the class of 2000, we always found it difficult to find motivation from everyone. It was as though the same class members would do everything. And because so many activities go on during Homecoming, such as: theme dressing for each day, a food drive, a penny drive, hall decorations, a class cheer, and a class banner, that most of the time all the hard work that was put in ended up not being enough. My junior year was just like all the other years. Our class ended up coming in last place. It was obvious to me that we were lacking something.
