What Is the Radical Evil In War Crimes?

Introduction:
The purpose of this paper is to determine whether or not the war crimes are radically evil. The paper will briefly explore the different types of war crimes and briefly define what is radical evil. The paper will also explore how the war crimes are evil. Also, in the paper there will be an example of war crimes with the Bosnia War.
Radical Evil:
Radical evil is defined as the choice of a rational person to ignore the moral law and act contrary to it to fulfill his or her own desires. One has acted in an evil way when they are rational enough to control their desires. The action is only evil if you could choose to otherwise but you do not. It is only evil to give into desires that go against the moral law. All men are sinners, whether or not they try to be good or try to be evil, everyone is a sinner.
