One Sunday evening while I was driving in my navy blue Envoy, I got a phone call on my cell phone from Laura. Laura is my boyfriend’s sister and is like an older sister to me. The conversation started off normally like any phone call. What are you up to? What are you doing tonight? We chatted for a little bit and then she said, “ would you like to be my personal assistant for the wedding?” I was overwhelmed with joy. I couldn’t believe she was picking me to do this for her, on such a special day in her life. I said YES! I would love too! So we talked about the big day for a little while after and got off. As soon as the phone conversation ended, I was all about planning the wedding with her.
Every girl dreams about her wedding day. I really got to see what a wedding was all about when I was Laura’s personal assistant. This was a wedding to see it was a girls dream and very exciting.
