I. Introduction

A. Attention Getter: What is 70% of our bodies and 70% of Mother Earth? Easy question right? You guess it, its water. Water is all around us, we use it for showering, cleaning, foods, beverages and we even spend our vacations trying to get to some sandy white beach so we can relax ourselves in the clear blue warm water.
B. Thesis: Water is an essential part of human life, however most of us tend not to drink enough water on a daily basis.
C. Specific Purpose Statement: To inform my audience about the significance of drinking enough water daily.
D. Credibility: Through my research and because I have been practicing drinking adequate amounts of water for years, I am qualified to inform you about the benefits of drinking water.
