Per your request, I have generated a review on how slotting fees are legally but unethically forcing small to mid-sized manufactures out of business and negatively affecting the grocery industry today. Wal-mart, a role model company in the fight against slotting fees, has removed slotting fees from its daily business and is profiting because it has seen higher 1-year growth percentages and net incomes compared to its dwindling competitors. To further investigate the matter I will explore:

• The impacts slotting fees have on the industry

• How Wal-mart has been successful without slotting fees
