vitamin c

Vitamin C is water soluble, antioxidant which can be found in foods such as cooked broccoli, cooked bok choy, raw green peppers, raw sweet red peppers, cooked brussel sprouts, grapefruit, strawberries, and of course, orange juice. Vitamin C can also be found in supplements which should not be necessary to ingest because should be able to receive the necessary intake that our body requires from the food that we eat.
