People are justified when they take the law into their own hands during extreme circumstances like one of the biggest problems of society like racism, In the movie “A time to Kill” the whole town was racist against African-Americans, Carl Lee’s daughter was raped by two men who were racist, and the family of Carl Lee couldn’t possibly win the trial against the two men who raped the girl because, The judge and jury were white and racist, and so the father knew this and went against the Rule of Law; which states that all trials should have peaceful endings, by killing the rapists and accidentally injuring his friend.All vigilantes want compensation in their own way even though they know that there are consequences for their actions, for ex.
