verbal analogy

I agree that some analogy questions are quite difficult on the SAT test. But I do not feel that by replacing the multiple choice analogies with reading comprehension questions and a writing exercise would make the verbal section of the test any easier. I would rather have nineteen multiple-choice analogy questions than have to do a writing exercise and more reading comprehension. Making the vocabulary in the analogy section less difficult would be nice.
