S stands for sport. The 2002 Audi S4, equipped with a biturbo, 250 hours power engine with performance-boosting triple-intake manifold and sporty six-speed manual, delivers without hesitation. Two major factors contributed to a false sense of power the car gave me. These factors include control and the benefits the car came with.
Inside, sport seats hold you tight while an uncommonly broad torque band delivers power in any gear, giving a sense of control. While driving, I fully enjoy the exuberant S4 whether I am cruising city streets or challenging the open road. Others may settle for one turbocharger to boost performance, the S4 counters with two.
