Utah prarie dog

The Utah Prarie dog lives mostly in southwestern Utah, United States. In Southwest Utah there are three main areas where the Prairie Dogs live: The Awapa Plateau, East Fork and the main stem of the Sevier River, and eastern Iron County. Certain soil and vegitation standards must be met in order for the Prairie Dogs to start a colony in a cretain area. The area must be well drained.
