Unalienable Rights

I do believe that the United States should uphold and protect the American citizen’s unalienable rights. If our unalienable rights are not upheld then why live in America? It certainly wouldn’t be considered as the land of the free. Without life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, many Americans wouldn’t feel the need to keep going on about their daily life. Life is the right of personal security. This right makes it so our human life has values. No one should be allowed to kill you because you have the right of life. Liberty is a right of not being sustained in one area. You have the right to move yourself to whatever place you want, without imprisonment or restraints. To pursue happiness is the right to go on and accomplish what makes you happy, and no one has the right to take away your happiness.
