Types of communication

In any business organization the process of communication can be of various types. Communication can be formal or informal. Horizontal if it¡¦s being done at the same level, vertical (downwards or upwards) if it¡¦s being done either from the top level or vise-versa. Communication can be classified broadly into two classes: Formal and informal communication.
