Dear Diary
It is April 10, 1894 just arrived in Canada, it was a very hard journey to Canada we had to come by a ship but it was a horse ship full of manure and lots of people got sick, when we arrived in Canada we had a medical test, but lots of people was sent back or just gave up and returned back. When my papa got free land we had to look for it and took us a long time because it was so far away. It took us two days to find the land. We found a house an old house, which I live in now. It is dusty and we had to fix everything from the bottom. My father just fixed the land and planted wheat.
