Truth seeking and priviledged communication

Affirmative

“All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered, the point is to discover them.” Because I agree with the words of Galileo Galilee I must confirm the resolution that in the US judicial system truth seeking ought to take precedence over privileged communication. I uphold the affirmative standing on the resolution with the value premise of Justice and the judgment criteria of truth.

To help you better understand my affirmation of the resolution at hand I will provide the following definitions:
· Justice: Conformity to truth and reality in expressing opinions and in conduct; fair representation of facts respecting merit or demerit; honesty; fidelity or impartiality
· Teleology: The doctrine of the final causes of things; the doctrine of adaptation to purpose.
