Mirrors: As simplistic (and perhaps nutty) as it sounds, cover them up; drape a sheet over mirrors you tend to obsess in. I'm not suggesting you never look at your reflection again but if your mirrors are covered, you'll be less likely to stop for an impromptu flaw counting session.
Scales: Throw them out. The number on the scale is going to fluctuate day to day and even hour to hour without accurately reflecting your true body weight. You are setting yourself up to feel even worse about yourself and your body than you already do. Leave the monitoring of your weight up to your doctor or dietitian.
Magazines: It seems that every magazine out there from Women's Day to Reader's Digest has at least one "new diet breakthrough" every month. Most of the information is based on unreliable pseudo-science and fad diets. Those articles based in reality have had the facts take...
