Transformational Leadership

Abstract

A transformational leader is a term used to describe a person who posesses qualities that can change a situation by influenecing the thoughts and ideas of other to create a predetermined outcome. The mojor role or a transformational leader is to become a mediator between two individual parties, and in business it’s usually management’s responsibility to create a well balanced environment.


The definition of a transformational leader can be translated in so many different ways, yet somehow all the interpretations remain the same. Clearly there are quite a few commonalities associated with its definition that all the articles can inter-relates with each
