Transformation

In The Scarlet Letter there was a major transformation in one of the main characters, Roger Chillingworth. The nature of transformation appeared in his personality; it transformed during the story. He went from kind and honest ( as Hester described ) to mean and revengeful when he arrived in " the new world " where Hester was waiting his arrival.
Roger was described in the stroy to form a personality that was kind, honest, loyal, handsome, faithful, and wealthy. A man of knowledge and trust is what he was seen as. He was a medicine man in England. ...
