Tragedu in "Antigone"

Antigone is a strange case because the conflict arguably comes from two different sides. Antigone and Creon are both competing what is right, but they define rightness through different sets of values. The state law versus moral low is the most common way of their championing for right. Antigone was envoy of moral laws while Creon was spokesman for a state law. The conflict is expressed through the relationship between God and themselves. The moments of reversal and recognition are big part the conflict. The Anigone's physical death and psychological death of Creon, are final explanation of human limits to reach state or moral crown.
Creon puts himself above Gods and he claims that the Gods support his view. He thinks that Gods are on his side as he says: "for my part, God is my witness" (line 184).
